Melissa is responsible for preparing new account paperwork and facilitating service requests for existing accounts. She has a strong ability to listen to clients’ needs and ensure those requests are routed to the right team member for timely follow-up.

In addition to client service, Melissa coordinates the team’s daily calendars and schedules. She joined SD Capital after 20 years in the packaging and supply industry, where she gained broad experience in office management, purchasing, accounting, and day-to-day operations. She brings that same expertise to support SD Capital’s continued growth.

Melissa is passionate about helping clients and excited to keep learning. Her energy and commitment are second to none.

She was born and raised in Oregon, Ohio and now lives in North Baltimore with her husband Matt and their dog, Quincy. In her free time, she enjoys being with family and friends and supporting their growth both personally and professionally.
