Know your number.
Know your date.
Know your next move.

Turn the pieces of your financial life into a clearer picture of what retirement may require - and whether you could be closer than you think.

Your numbers stay with you. The calculator runs in this browser. Your answers and results are saved with your contact details when you submit.

A retirement balance is not a retirement paycheck.

The useful question is what the money needs to produce - and for how long.

My Retirement Snapshot

Your educational snapshot

0 years to target date
Investable assets today $0
Annual additions entered $0
Projected assets at target age $0
Total multi-stage bridge $0
Projected assets after bridge $0
Monthly gap after listed benefits $0

How your bridge is calculated

Each row covers a period before the next listed income source begins. It assumes level spending and no growth during retirement.

No temporary bridge was created because every listed income source begins by the target retirement age. The ongoing monthly gap is shown above.

What your entries suggest

    Your next three moves

This snapshot is a simplified educational illustration based only on the estimates entered. The accumulation projection uses the selected inflation-adjusted growth assumption and assumes annual additions occur at year-end. The bridge assumes level spending, no investment growth during retirement, and no taxes. It does not fully account for returns, inflation, longevity, plan eligibility, insurance, estate needs, or all household circumstances. It is not an individualized financial plan, tax advice, or a recommendation to retire or invest.

      Use the plan.
      Verify the plan.

Benefits can materially change a retirement date. The non-represented 401(k) facts below come from the January 2026 Plan Highlights. Represented-plan and healthcare provisions remain preliminary until their separate materials are reviewed.

      Questions worth confirming

      • Are you contributing enough to receive the full match?
      • How does the supplemental contribution apply?
      • Does an age-50+ bonus contribution apply to you?
      • What happens to healthcare when employment ends?
      Non-represented / salary

What the January 2026 summary says

      • 100% company match on the first 6% contributed each payroll period
      • Automatic 7% Enhanced Company Contribution on non-bonus eligible pay
      • Employee contributions from 1% to 50% across pre-tax, Roth, and traditional after-tax
      • Immediate vesting in all contributions and earnings
      For both groups

      Dates worth placing together

      • Your desired last day of work
      • Retiree medical and Medicare eligibility
      • Pension and Social Security start dates
      • Your spouse's retirement and benefit dates

Important details for non-represented employees: employees hired or rehired on or after January 1, 2025 are automatically enrolled at 6% pre-tax unless they change or stop the election. Performance-bonus contributions are not matched, and performance bonuses, equity incentives, and certain other pay are excluded from the 7% Enhanced Company Contribution calculation. The 401(k) summary does not verify active healthcare, HSA availability, or retiree-medical eligibility. Confirm those items separately.
