Frank holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the University of Toledo. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER®, licensed with FINRA Series 7, 24, 63, and 66 securities licenses, as well as life and health insurance licenses, enabling him to offer comprehensive financial solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Frank resides in Aurora, Ohio with his wife Elizabeth and their three children. Beyond his professional endeavors, he is actively involved in his community and church, kids’ activities, Knights of Columbus, coaching youth sports and enjoys contributing to the growth and well-being of those around him.
